Not a trial and not a discount that expires. Founding studios use the full Studio tier for nothing, permanently, in exchange for running real projects on it and telling us the truth about what breaks. When the eight seats are gone, they are gone.

Questions studios ask
What counts as an active project?

Anything between booked and delivered. Delivered and archived projects are kept forever and never count against the cap.

What happens when a Solo hits five?

Deliver or archive one, or move up to Studio. Switching tiers takes effect immediately, either direction.

Do my crew and cast need accounts?

No. They join each shoot with a day code on their phone: call sheet, schedule, and their part of the day. They never count as seats.

Whose data is it?

Yours. Export everything any time. If you cancel, your clients’ portals and signed documents stay reachable; nothing your clients rely on disappears.

What do my clients see?

Your studio, nowhere else’s. Portals, review rooms, proposals, emails, and delivery pages carry your name, colors, and type. Auteur never appears on a client-facing screen.

What if I need more storage?

Add it in 250 GB blocks, $12.50 a month each, on either plan. Raw footage never counts; the platform holds review cuts and delivery files, not your camera originals.

Why is there no free tier?

Because this runs your client relationships and your money. We would rather earn $99 and owe you real reliability than be free and owe you nothing.
