For video production studios

Production, without the friction.

The proposal that took all weekend. The deposit you chased for a month. The brief buried in a thread, the release nobody signed, the client asking where their film is. Auteur takes all of it off your desk, under your studio's own name.

Zero redundancy. Zero "I forgot."

What if every task was its own tool?

Auteur was never meant to be sold. It started as a means of organizing everything that was happening in my brain and creating systems for all of the bottlenecks in my own studio. I hated that I had all of these tools that didn't communicate with each other. Notion, HubSpot, Frame.io, DocuSign, Dubsado, Calendly, and so on. All excellent in their own regard, but together they made even simple tasks so convoluted to complete.

I love task lists, but every task is actually two tasks, multiply that by all of the overlapping tools and you have a ton of room for human error. So I turned those tasks into tools, with one rule underneath all of them: everything gets recorded exactly once, and every tool downstream already knows it. Zero redundancy. Zero "I forgot."

Getting paid stops being a chase

Real invoices per installment, paid in the portal. A payment clears and the project advances. Nobody chases, nobody reconciles.

Paperwork stops going missing

Agreements, releases, consents: signed in a browser, timestamped, and filed against the project and your storage automatically.

You look as good as the work

Proposals, reviews, and deliveries happen in a portal wearing your brand, not a Dropbox link buried in an email thread.

Follow up actually happens

Testimonial, referral, and check in emails go out on a schedule after delivery, instead of living in your memory.

Founding testers

Ten founding seats.
They are not for everyone.

A founding seat never pays. Not during the beta, not when pricing lands. Free for life, on your real projects, from day one.
We want the right ten, not the first ten. You run a production company doing client work, and you will tell us bluntly what is broken.
Set up in your brand before you touch it, with a walkthrough on a call, on your own projects.
5 seats taken. 5 open.

That's all we ask here. The rest is a conversation. Your request lands with Ethan, not a queue.
